Annette joined Trapeze in May 2021 as Customer Service Coordinator following 5-years with Baxter Healthcare Australia as their Customer Support/Supply Chain Planner.

Within her Baxter role, Annette was directly responsible for over 400 customers with additional responsibility for managing inventory levels for over 700 products, including stock replenishment and creating new stock items.

Prior to working for Baxter, Annette worked for McBeath Pharmacies in Baulkham Hills - a role she held for over 4-years, where she was not only responsible for accounts receivable but also combined the accounts role with that of Pharmacy Dispensary Technician. 

Annette does not settle for second best and is committed to continuous improvement. Her enquiring mind, helps her identify areas for improvement both in systems and procedures, and she is not afraid to take on board more responsibility, which helps to free up other members of the team. 

In addition to her Customer Service Coordinator role, Annette now looks after the very import function of Samples Coordinator. At Trapeze, we treat samples for customers in exactly the same way as we treat customer orders. After all, product samples are tomorrow’s business

Annette brings a passion for exceeding customer expectations along with exceptional organisation skills. Annette has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which are essential for building strong relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Her calm demeanour – especially in a high pressure role makes Annette an invaluable member of the Trapeze team.
