Alice joined Trapeze in 2021 as part of our account management team, with a territory covering all Trapeze market segments and with a clear determination to further develop our business with existing accounts.

Prior to joining Trapeze, Alice spent 2-years at Ecolab as an Account Manager for the Food & Beverage Division, having initially joined as a Senior Customer Service Representative back in 2019.

In her account management role at Ecolab, Alice was responsible for many of the multinational Food & Beverage players across greater Sydney. Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and through Ecolab, Alice’s experience and knowledge includes all of the markets that Trapeze serves.

Alice holds a BSc in Biology and a BA in Anthropology from Macquarie University and prior to joining Ecolab, her valuable experience includes Store Manager at Noah’s Ark Pets (3-years) and Healthy Life (3-Years), both retail businesses being based within Sydney’s Hills District

Both roles required Alice to understand the technical benefits of both pet-specific products and at Healthy Life, Dietary Supplements. Both of which are key planks in the Trapeze business.

Like everyone else in the Trapeze team, service excellence defines her DNA. Her customer-centric approach to account management, technical skills & knowledge coupled with her excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, makes Alice a key member of the Trapeze sales team.
