Vicki Baker 
Office Manager & Accounts Administrator

Vicki is currently enjoying her 3rd spell at Trapeze, having re-joined in January 2015, initially as PA to Giz and Michael.

Vicki is a vital cog in the smooth running of the office. Her commitment, drive, enthusiasm, loyalty and  organisation skills ensure that the business is more than simply functional and in December 2015,  Vicki’s dedication was recognised with the Trapeze Employee of the Year Award. 

Vicki initially joined Trapeze in July 2001 as Accounts & Office Administrator having being PA to Michael when he was CEO of  The Smith Family’s Commercial business.

Vicki held this role until late 2004 when she was promoted to a newly created role of Market Development Assistant. As MDA, Vicki was the primary liaison between our suppliers and the sales team .

Vicki temporarily left Trapeze in July 2007 to allow her to devote more time to her young daughter, before returning to Trapeze in Jan 2008 to continue her role as MDA. In January 2013, Vicki resigned her position when her husband was relocated to Bathurst..

Following Mary Galea’s retirement in March 2015, Vicki resumed her role as Office Manager and in addition became our Accounts Administrator with the ultimate aim of qualifying as a Bookkeeper.

Jennifer Maaliki

Customer Service Coordinator 

 

Jennifer joined Trapeze in June 2017 as Customer Service Coordinator, succeeding Nerilee Jayachandran who transferred into our marketing team as Market Support Coordinator. Nerilee herself replaced Vicki Baker who elected to move back into Accounts. 

Jennifer has an Advanced Diploma of marketing and prior to joining Trapeze her most recent position was the Accounts All-rounder at Windsor Hyundai & the Geissler Motors Dealership at Goulburn. 

Jennifer’s accounting experience at Hyundai is an added bonus for Trapeze as her skills and experience in the accounting area enables her to provide additional cover for Vicki during busy periods.

Jennifer was employed at the Windsor Dealership from 2013 to 2017 and her initial role prior to promotion was very much front-of-office as Receptionist and Admin Support.

In this role along with earlier retail roles, Jennifer developed her passion for customer service and she loves dealing directly with customers.

Jennifer’s outgoing personality, along with her service-driven approach and terrific interpersonal skills make her a ‘natural’ as Customer Service Coordinator for Trapeze.

Helen Mutch 
Supply Chain Coordinator

 

Helen is the Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for coordinating our supply chain logistics from placement of  orders on our overseas suppliers to receipting of inventory into stock. 

Helen has a very strong background in logistics, having been the NSW Logistics Coordinator for Boral Clay &  Concrete for over 10 years. In the last 2-years Helen held a specialist role as pallets coordinator for the Bricks,      Masonry and Roofing Divisions of Boral based in Sydney's West.  

This role not only involved the purchasing of new pallets but also stock control and overall inventory management including the Pallet repair operation which Helen directly supervised. Prior to specializing in Logistics, Helen was Customer Service Officer at Boral based at Pennant Hills and prior to that was in Customer Service at Tarkett Sommer a multinational flooring solutions manufacturer based in Castle Hill

Helen enjoys being busy and is very focused and diligent with a great eye for detail. All of which are great attributes to have in the Supply Chain Coordinator role. Like all Trapeze employees, Helen is very customer focused and committed to service excellence. Her dedication, commitment and can-do attitude makes Helen a valuable member of the Trapeze team.



Kim Lamont

Market Development Assistant
 

Joining Trapeze in July 2018, Kim is the vital coordination link between our sales & marketing team and our overseas principals and suppliers. As Marketing Support Coordinator, Kim is responsible for the fulfilment of all sales and marketing enquiries within our CRM system.

In this role, Kim liaises directly with our overseas suppliers for pricing, literature and other sales & marketing related information, to ensure that the Trapeze account management team has everything they need when presenting and quoting products to customers.

Prior to joining Trapeze, Kim worked for ResMed, a leading global player in specialist medical devices, for over 6-Years. Kim initially joined ResMed as an Accounts Administrator before becoming the Human Resources Administrator for ResMed Asia Pacific in 2016.

Kim’s eye for detail in a role where data accuracy and data integrity are paramount, is a key feature of her Trapeze role, where creating products and maintaining their profile in our CRM system, is a key element.

Kim has over 20-years’ experience in a succession of more senior admin roles and in addition to her data accuracy and organisation skills, her adaptability to new systems and procedures is very much a key strength.

Kim is very much the all-round professional and shares the Trapeze mantra that ‘near enough is not good enough’. She loves the challenge and variety of working at Trapeze as Marketing Support Coordinator and like all Trapeze employees is very customer-focussed be the customer internal or external.

 

Dana Tropea 

Key Account Manager  - Australia
 

Dana joined Trapeze in July 2014 as Sales Representative in line with Trapeze policy  to create a role for  recently qualified science or marketing graduates. Dana not only adapted to her sales role but excelled. She is extremely well organised with great attention to detail and has developed into not just a key member of the sales team but a key member of the Trapeze team. Dana was promoted to Account Manager in 2016. 

Dana holds both a Masters Degree in Business & Commerce from the University of Western Sydney,    graduating in the top 2% of academic students with a grade point average of 89% as well as a Bachelor of Health and Movement (Sport) which she obtained from the Australian College of Physical Education. At ACPE, Dana was the University Medal winner for 2013.

Dana has continued to grow and develop within the Trapeze environment and has  had a succession of career advancements since she joined Trapeze including looking after our NZ customers when Sarah went on maternity leave, to the elevated position of Account Manager and most recently Key Account Manager looking after all of our strategic Australian accounts. 

Dana's organisational skills, terrific relationship building skills and her commitment to meet and if possible beat customer expectations makes her an invaluable member of the Trapeze team. 

Vincenzo Rotunno

Key Account Manager  - New Zealand

 

A qualified Pharmacist, graduating from Ferrara University in Italy in 2009, Vincenzo is also a member of the Italian College of Pharmacists.

Vincenzo graduated at the time of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) and rather than struggle to work in his chosen field (Pharmacy), he elected to continue his tertiary studies at Ferrara University qualifying with a Masters degree in Cosmetic Science in 2013.

After graduation, Vincenzo was finally able to take up a position in his chosen field and became a pharmacist at Farmacia Lugaresi and continued working as a compounding pharmacist at several Italian pharmacies over a 6-Year period before joining Sorgente in 2015 as a Key Account Manager, principally looking after the gynaecological market segment.

In 2015 Vincenzo joined Corman as Medical Device Sales Manager for the Venice region, looking after over 250 accounts ranging from doctors, pharmacies , clinics and hospitals. Vincenzo’s product portfolio included nebulisers, blood pressure monitors and other electronic devices and gynaecological products.

In 2017, love got the better of Vincenzo and he relocated to Australia to be with his Australian girlfriend – now partner, Lisa. A passionate Juventus fan, Lisa has introduced him to the NRL and Belinda will be delighted to learn he is now a Roosters fan.

Vincenzo is very customer-focused and his ability to build lasting relationships with clients is very much a key strength along with his technical knowledge and skills that has enabled him to be a very successful sales person.

A great team player, Vincenzo is keen to combine his passion for sales and thirst for knowledge  to transition from selling medical devices to technical ingredients in all four Trapeze market segments.


Belinda Paredes 

Account Manager

Belinda joined Trapeze initially as our Supply Chain Coordinator and was responsible for managing our inventory supply chain from placement of purchase order to the receipt of goods into stock. Belinda is the first family member to join Trapeze, and while she has previously been involved in several short-term marketing projects over the years, Belinda formally joined Trapeze in May 2012.   

Belinda moved into her Internal Sales role in mid-2016 following a 2-year period as a key member of our customer service team. In this role, Belinda was responsible for developing new business with some of our smaller accounts with the aim of growing them into more significant accounts and providing much needed TLC.

Belinda has continued to grow and develop within Trapeze and has held a succession of sales and business development positions. Today, Belinda is an Account Manager with a portfolio of key customer across all segments of our business.

Prior to joining Trapeze, Belinda worked for MLC Investments for over 3 years where her strong customer focus and high integrity led her to become the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries thus providing a centralised, streamlined service model for MLC clients
.

Belinda shares her parent’s commitment to service excellence. In addition, her “can-do” attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to tackle new things, coupled with over 12-years experience in client relationship management brings an added dimension to our purchasing function, and further builds upon our commitment to exceeding both customer and supplier expectations.


Belinda continues to work in a volunteer capacity with MS Australia 


Khoi Mai

Graduate Sales Representative  

 

Khoi graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Marketing in 2018.

Following his graduation, Khoi took up a sales and business development position at Frank Steel Displays, which primarily involved him establishing new customers for FSD’s Point of Sale merchandising material.

From 2012 until he graduated in 2018, Khoi worked on a part-time casual basis for PETBARN at Wetherill Park, so that by the time he graduated and joined FSD he was very much a key member of the PETBARN team and held the role of Assistant Store Manager Relief.

Khoi’s grounding in front line sales roles, both at PETBARN and at FSD has stood him in good stead for his Graduate Sales Role at Trapeze, especially given Trapeze’s commitment to service excellence

In taking this next step in his career, Khoi is keen to work in a non-retail environment where he can further hone his sales skills and contribute to building business with those Trapeze customers where adding value by providing exceptional service, can make a real difference.

The opportunity to learn about new products, markets and to acquire new skills is something that attracted Khoi to Trapeze and given Khoi’s commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations, he is in complete alignment with the core values of Trapeze.
